“It’s time to empty out. To talk out, cry out, dance out, sing out, drum, sweat and even vomit out the toxic energies that are destructive and death producing for us and reframe to the original instructions - back to living the loving way with whole brain, “wholy,” and co-creating thinking that is affirming for all of life.”
